Meliha Deniz Albayrak lives in Boston, MA. She received her BSc in Materials Science and Nanoengineering from Sabanci University in Istanbul, Turkey. Currently, she is doing her master's in Mechanical Engineering at Boston University. She is a member of Prof. Tommaso Ranzani's Morphable Biorobotics Lab, working on bioinspired and wearable systems.

Outside of research, she is into photography, bass, and cinema.
